§ 18-3. Approval by department heads.

Prior to consideration by the city council of any proposed annexation ordinance, such ordinance shall have been reviewed and approved as to form, substance and compliance with this chapter and other laws and ordinances by the appropriate departments of the city as designated by the city administrator.
